Colposcopy/LLTEZ Biopsy

This is the examination of the cervix. During the examination, liquids are applied to highlight any abnormal areas. If any abnormal cells are found they will then be removed.

Endometrial Ablation

This is when samples of the lining of the uterus are taken. The samples are then taken to get tested for cancerous cells and abnormalies.

Laparoscopic procedures

There are minor and major surgeries that are done with laparoscopy. Minor surgeries include the removal of cysts and sterilization. Major surgeries include the removal of endometriosis,Fibroids and the womb.

Hesteroscopy

Hysteroscopy is a procedure that allows your doctor to look inside your uterus in order to diagnose and treat the causes of abnormal bleeding. An operative hysteroscopy can be used to remove polyps, fibroids and adhesions. 


General Gynaecological Surgeries

General gynaeological surgeries include total abdominal hysterectomy; this is the removal of the womb, cystectomy; this is the removal of cysts, myomectomy; this is the removal of fibroids and the evacuation of the uterus; this is womb cleaning.
